eKonto activation
To be able to log in to the system you need to activate your eKonto first. If you are a first-cycle, second-cycle or doctoral student, and you were recruited via University enrollment system, after starting the first semester log in to Poznan University of Technology enrollment system and choose eKonto option.
In remaining cases, prepare your eKonto User Card and fill in the form below. If you don't have the eKonto User Card, you must go in person to the designated place.
eKonto User Cards issuance places
The eKonto User Card is needed to activate your eKonto or to reset the password. To get your eKonto User Card, you must go in person to the appropriate eKonto User Card issuance place.
Students and doctoral students of Poznan University of Technology
Students of Doctoral School should go to the office of Doctoral School, building A1 (with clock), room 604, hours 8:30–14:00, Monday to Friday.
Students of of part-time first-cycle, second-cycle and doctoral studies should go to the Integrated Service Centre, building A1 (with clock), room 17,
Students of full-time first-cycle, second-cycle and doctoral studies should go to their appropriate faculty deanery.
Students of postgraduate studies should go to:
- the Education and Student Affairs Office, pl. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie 5, room 309, opening hours: 7:00–15:00, Monday to Friday,
- or the Integrated Service Centre, building A1 (with clock), room 17.
Students and doctoral students should take their Student Identity Card with them. Postgraduate students should take their identity document with them.
Employees of Poznan University of Technology
The place of collecting eKonto User Card depends on the purpose - eKonto activation or password resetting. Employee group includes also people working based on civil law contracts.
Employees should take their Employee Identity Card or other identity document with them.
For eKonto activation, Poznan University of Technology staff should go in person to Human Resources Office located in the Rectorate building on pl. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie 5, room 106.
Opening hours: 7:00–15:00 Monday to Friday.
For password resetting, Poznan University of Technology staff should go in person to the Services and Exploitation Office, located on Piotrowo 3a Street (high building without clock), room 211B or to the Rectorate building located on pl. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie 5, room 010.
